Processing time depends on how many orders are ahead of you. Please be aware that the USPS is experiencing delays and shipping times are not guaranteed. Once the item leaves my hands it is out of my control.

Once your item says delivered by USPS and you don't have it, be sure to check at your neighbors and rental office. The next thing you can do is contact your local post office to file a claim and missing package ticket. I will do everything in my power to help you locate your package
