If you have any issues at all with your order, please reach out to us. We strive to provide exceptional customer service! If your badge reel breaks within 5 days of your order, we will send you a replacement. A photo of the damaged reel must be sent to us in order to receive a replacement.
Clay and Acrylic are fragile, these will break if dropped, banged, knocked on hard surfaces, exposed to extreme temperatures, I will not send you a replacement.
